Pioneer ODR system
Thanks dude. I haven't heard form him yet---I'll remain hopeful. It'll be the perfect fit for this old school tribute build.
EDIT: I'll be in the general area next week...I'm coming up for the Eastern Canadian Finals. I'll be at a shop in Oshawa/Whitby (east Toronto) tuning and tweaking cars. It'd be great to arrange an in-person eval. of the ODR stuffs...

hey scott, I didn't realize that you were the founder of hybrid audio! I just connected to that while browsing the hybrid site.
last time I was at custom auto radio, they were just thinking of carrying your line if I remember correctly, and I was definitely impressed. albeit it was only on a wall..I'm still looking forward to hearing them in-car....I would have thought about purchasing hybrid is custom carried them a couple months ago.....I opted MLK-165's though.
what shop in oshawa/whitby will you be at next week? (i'm in whitby myself). I don't have a permanent deck at the moment, but I may before then and could definitely use a tuning by a pro

I am embarassed to say that I don't know the shop name yet. Details of the week leading up to next weekend's show will be outlined for me tomorrow when Larry from Sound Solution gets back into town. I just know it's a Hybrid Audio Technologies dealer in Whitby.
I am still VERY interested in this kit...haven't heard from the seller. It's a "good cause." The ODR will join an entire bevy of PPI art series amplifiers, original Esoteric Audio gold fuse blocks, old RCA cables, old original "+ and -" Esoteric Audio speaker cable, and etc. It will be a ca. 1995 system, and will be very fun.

his email isn't there, but you would be able to contact the guy through that. he is selling the show car the ODR system is out of. $600 for a 9255 sounds good....i was planning on picking one up for $400 this week...but i wasn't sure if that was a fair price nowadays for one.

custom eh? i'm 30 seconds from there. rick is a real good guy that runs the place. i may just swing by, i need to get a quote on a deck from him anyways...maybe take a listen to these new hybrids coming in....i may just have to retire my MLK 165's if they are that impressive lol.
