I think Image Dynamics has 2 ohm speakers as well, the cxs models...excellent sound quality. I like rear speakers as well, so I understand your need for them ( I've heard many high level sq cars without them, and except for a few, most lacked ambiance, and depth..anyway, just my preferance). As far as running 2ohm vs. 4ohm, I had 2 ohm Infinity kappas and I really liked them, point is I didn't notice a difference in SQ between them and 4ohm versions from the previous year...except that the extra power made the 2ohm versions a lot tighter, punchier, and distorted less at high volumes. At low volumes on vocals, there was no difference to my ears.

i too have rear speakersbut i have them set 75-120 and that is it
i have my main amp to my main speakers then i have an amp tor the rear speakers
i'm thinking about power there are some nice small amps out there that would work for what you are doing
O i think your top speed is about 245km i run out of road

hehe...top speed. this is why the system install; to keep the ride home slow so I can listen to more tunes...I need my license! (it is a blast though...)

2 ohm components and rear fill are looking more attractive. Thanks for the opinions.

each year mcl (Porsche store ) sends me a invite to go racing for the day and each year i do not go (my back in not up for it )
