if a 3" port is 13 1/2 long will i get port Noise ?

depends what woofer.....
cause that port on a 10 inch sub might or might not...that port on a 18 inch ....sure...

focal 27 kx in a 32L or 1.15cft box 33hz

go 4 inch...or slot port 12-13 square inches...will I get noise? Does a bear poo in the woods?
