monster make all differnet kinds, and the build in just enough quality to meet the price point to compete with others brands.
Yes, Princess auto has some good stuff in the clearance section.
And yes, monsters lower end stuff is really lower end.
Their higher end stuff is really high end and over priced.

I had way too much money in my pocket one day back in feb. 96'.
Outfitted my total home surround system with monster cables.
audio, video and s-video, was well over $300 in cables. Didn't sound much better, but the good news is all those cables are still good after 12 years of moving and re-arranging my systems many times.
