the MT should be louder with a given amount of power, and may also handle more power overall..... on the otherhand the XXX uses a patented motor design and I guarentee that it will have much more linear stroke....

mostly newbies to car audio compition would pay that much brand new for RE, the ones that don't know re-cones, or used RE products are useally as good, or if not better then new.

and yeah, I agree, way over priced, and yes, the MT is a step up from the xxx, prices are way out of order, makes you think whats gonna happen with RE next year.

Again.............. NO..... the MT is not a 'step up' from the XXX.

They're different speakers with different goals in mind.
