If he denies recieving the amp in court, you will have that card to play...
Edit: it sounds like something is lost or broken to me too.... he prolly desoldered all the outputs and lost them and dosne't know what to use now... lol....

UPDATE:
So the repair guy called me saturday morning and told me he'll have it done by evening. My plan was to show up at 2pm to take back what's mine. He reassured me that it would be done by evening and that he would call me when it's ready. Seeing as it would've been more convenient to go Sunday ('cause Mr.Marco wanted to give him crap too) I decided to give him the day. Not to my surprise I did not receive any calls for the rest of the evening nor did he answer any of my calls. I even called his house and his wife didn't know where he was...
So today, Sunday, I decided to show up unannounced with Marco and PLOW and once and for all get my amp back. I arrived to find out that he didn't even attempt to re-assemble it. He showed me the circuit board and told me that everything should be fine, he just needed to put it back together. I told him I'll take it as it is but he pressed that he would put it back together - on the spot. I said I'd wait but for some reason he told me to wait outside and come back in 30 mins. 30 MINUTES?!?!?!?! That's all it takes? So we leave and 30 mins later we return. The amp is back together.
What I don't understand: He tells me that the amp is ready and everything works fine and all he needs to do is put it back together. He told me this over 3 weeks ago. So if it only takes 30 mins to put back together, why didn't he do it any sooner? This would've avoided my constant calling. He wouldn't have gotten so upset from my calling... basically could have prevented so much tension from happening. Yet he kept dragging it on. I don't understand him.
I haven't had the chance to test the amp yet... so there is a chance that nothing works. Also, I noticed that the inputs are supposed to be mounted on a recessed panel... which he managed to mount backwards so now it's not recessed, but protruding from the base of the amp. Idiot.
Anyhow, I will not bring anything back there again and I strongly suggest that no one ever brings things there as well. In addition, he is also the repair man for many of the Future Shops in Toronto. So... if you ever have an extended warranty at Future Shop and the product needs repair, make sure it does not get sent to this shop.

I wish there was another way to just deter potential customers from going to his shop...
Oh well... PLOW, had a chance to test my amp yet? And Marco, tomorrow is wednesday. Good luck with Frank.

Marco... this sounds all too familiar. I just hope he's not giving you the run around that left me ampless for months. I'm still waiting on Christian to test my amp.
A3, I would do that, but I don't think ppl will know to search his name or the shop's name in the feedback section.
