S and S Electronics,whats the deal!!!

Can some one tell me if they went under,???
seems im getting the shaft by them.
in mid April i sent them a practically new Kicker ZX2500.1 to get looked at and fixed if need be.amp was getting abnormally hot.
when they received the amp Chris contacted me with the problem and the repair bill.$235 for a coil and module.
he told me parts were already on order and i should have the amp back with in 2 weeks.
needs less to say i call about once a month.3 months in im told the amp is fixed and they found a problem with the left side of the channel.Again i call about once a month to find out what the deal is with my amp, until October.the past 6 weeks iv bin up to my eyes in work and have not had time to call.
now for the past 2 days im calling all i get is OP msg saying the line is busy.

At this point i want my amp back as is,New condition. With a full refund of $235.
IF you lost my amp send a new model...

I wish I could help you. No one knows why but they do operate in this manner.

Is this the place in Toronto that fixes audio equipment?
Don't they advertise on here (or on the net) even?

Hmm ... Not like that's an uncommon amp for them either, so I don't even know. Hopefully this thread goes somewhere for you, because I was definitely considering seeing what they had to say about some things I have here and there ...

Doesn't seem to be right.. but they haven't gone under. They are just down the road from my work and everytime that I've passed by, all has been well. Lines are tied up quite a bit as they have been putting a lot of focus on surveillance and have been quite occupied with it from what I've seen.

If you want to pass me some info, I can run in tomorrow and see what I can find out for you or at least have him contact you. Usually he's pretty good with stuff like that.
