streaming audio from bluetooth phone through HU

anyone had much success with this?

Just set my cell phone up with my head unit (new cell phone works much better, granted there's still a tad of an echo). More importantly the idea of being able to stream music from my phone to my stereo is neat.

Sadly every song i tried to play resulted in an error (can't remember if it was java or what).

Anyone had much experience or luck in this?

If you are using a factory unit try a Motorola T605. This unit will allow you to stream your audio from your phone. Very neat.

I was working with:

Alpine IVA-W200 (HU)
Alpine KCA-100BT (bluetooth interface between the phone and HU)
Telus/Motorola KRZR KM1 (Phone).

I'm using my phone, the Nokia 5300 expressmusic and hu is the Sony MEX-BT2500. It works quite well to my suprise. The quality isnt perfect or anywhere near it but it serves the purpose.
