sub amp install

okay im installing some jl 10w08 suubs and hooking them up to a sony 760 2 channel amp. my question is should i bridge the amp or run each sub off of a channel. [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] i prefer one hook up though as i believe the subs are hooked up in series inside the box. i say this because i only have one hook up on the box. thanks [img]graemlins/bow.gif[/img]

Since they are 8ohm each you should parallel the two subs for 4ohms and run the amp bridged on the pair....

yup, the most power effective/eccicient way for that setup.

but i would double check how the subs are hooked up in the box before you do any testing. [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]
