Subs to match my Ultimate T3-500D?
Subs to match my Ultimate T3-500D?
I just grabbed a box w/ 2 10"'s and an amp from someone in my car club.
The amp is an Ultimate T3-500D, and the subs are Pioneer TS-256C's.
From what I've been reading about this amp it's massively overpowered for these subs. If I want to stick to a pair of 10's what would be the best Subs to match up with this amp?

The current Sub Specs are
Specifications

Watts Nominal Power Handling 350 Watts
Frequency Response 18hz ~ 2.5kHz
Sensitivity 87dB
Ohm Rating 4
As for the Amp, I was looking at this posted by someone on another forum.

I just got finished doing extensive tests on both the T3-1000d and the T3-500d.
The T3-1000d is two 500's in one case.
A pair of 500's bridged will do 1 ohm.
A 1000 will not do 1.5ohm or below.
power at 11.8v
T3-500x4ohm=500w
T3-1000x4ohm=1000w
T3-500x2ohm=900w
T3-1000x2ohm=1800w
T3-500x1ohm=1575w
T3-1000x1ohm=3150w but goes into protection
2 bridged T3-500's into 1ohm=3150w
