Taking the back seats off a 99 grand prix?

Im going to be re-carpeting the back deck tomorrow, as well as re running my sub wires while im at it, just wondering if someone can tell me how to take the back seats out.

I did a quick visual today and im not sure how to do it.

thanks.

Those seats should come out easy.
The rear back rest;check to see on either side, at the bottom corners for any bolts holding it down, and it should pop off by pushing into it, while lifting the bottom, you can probably see from the trunk how the back seat frame is hooked onto the metal frame of the car.
the bottom seat is tied down with a 10mm (I think) bolt near the center, just below the backrest. Lift on the seat, and it will hinge in 2 places on either side of the riser.

In my Regal the bottom section pops out from friction fasteners on either side. Then, 2 10mm bolts at the bottom, 4 10mm bolts at the top for the top section.
