for a small truck like an s10 what you have now is more then enough, the amp is bigger then what that sub needs so if you were to sell it and go with a mono block amp that will be more efficient, ah who am I kidding, just pulling out of my *** now, try what you have and see how it works

You cannot wire 2 of those subs to 2ohms, so no, this amplifier will not do what you want. Unless it can put out 800RMS reliably at 1 ohm.

If I were you I would look into a monoblock and keep that for some good components to match the subs.

I will recommened to you the SAE-1000D. Will do 600RMS at 2ohms and 1000rms at 1ohms. A little more then you need but that will be safer then you cranking with not enough and clipping the crap out of the amp.

ok i know im being stubborn but with 2 i can wire them to 4 ohms. with the 4 ohm load my amp will work more efficiently and produce 300 rms per channel so a total of 600rms. so will this underpower 2???

To answer your question.....................again................ .....your current amp at 4ohms bridged will not produce enough power to power two 10w6v2's to their full potential.
