Guys - think what you want about the design of the truck, but know this. It was on display at Darknights, and it was the ONLY vehicle I heard people at the show talking about as they continued their tour throughout the day.
That makes it the best show car there.
Do I want it? Nope.
Do I respect it? Yep!

Anyway, Dave explained the situation well. The thing gets noticed at the shows. All the replies and interest in this thread is just another example of this. If I saw that thing in person, the kid in me would be say wow!! I would line up just to say I saw the car with 70 screens in it. I always wondered how it felt to see the world with insect eyes. Now, do insects see hundreds of the same thing or do you think they see the whole picture but each part being different....... that didn't come out right.

alot of people ask why... but why not? we on the board my prefer functionallity over looks, however take a car like yours defro (i love it btw) to a show like sema... And you would be hard pressed to get the attention that truck would get.. thats why,, to get attention, and its doing just that!

The best installer on the planet died and went to Heaven.
At the Pearly Gates, St. Peter told him to get to the end of the line.
He took his tool box and went to the end of a VEEEERRY long line-up.
After what seemed like an eternity, (it's Heaven, right?) a guy walks past the line, dressed in Alpine cover-alls. He walks right up to the Gates and St. Peter waves him right through!
The installer get's a bit P.O'd, and goes up to St Peter. "What the @*$!'s up, doooooood?" he asks. "How come that guy gets in ahead of me? I mean like dooooooooood! I'm the best installer on the planet. If anyone should get through the line of regular dooods, it should be me!"
"Oh" said St Peter.
"That's not an installer.....that's God......sometimes He just likes to pretend He's an installer!!!"
Sorry to hijack the thread........well not really, but it sounded good when I said it fast!.
Props to a job that succeeded with it's goals.
OK....who can get more than 100 screens in a vehicle!.....I'll take that job.....bring cash!
