Toyota Echo 2dr hatch back, what sub ?

Hi, my first post did not really work well. Maybe i'm in the wrong section too.

What sub will you put in a small car like that ? Is 8'' be to small or 10'' will be better ? 12 will be to big for what I planing to do. I dont want an SPL car.

I mostly listen to dance, techno and trance.

Thanks

I'm running an old Infinity 1030w (powered with 200w) in a sealed box and it punch pretty hard. I have a friend running a 12 and it's just too loud, but then again too loud for me...

I dont have any amp right now. New built. Only want to make my mind on 8'' or 10'' and chose an amp for the sub I pick.

I'm running a 12" with 1000watts. I love it. Get a good sub like an Alpine Type X, JBL Gti, Fi Q that play in a small box. Sundown Audio make a great class D 1000watt amp that will suit your needs very well.

Cheers

I would choose a ten because there will be more options. Tens dont need that much space to sound good.

Well, I want to do a fiberglass incluser on 1 side of the hatchback. The trunk is so small and I want to be able to use it. A 12'' will be fun but no more trunk

I know 10 and 12 share almost the same space. Problem will be the magnet and the place I want to but it.
