Where is the rattle coming from, the mirror or the mount at the windshield?

It's coming from the mirror and not the mount that is in the windshield. The mirror doesn't seem to be too stiff. I am wondering if there is a screw I can tighten...

Just take off that rear view mirror which is rattle most and install new rear view mirror....
