very interesting indeed.....

just curious, if you have 2 amps hooked up to one remote if the map gets slightly bumped or moves will that cause a "pop" in the system? my girlfriends car was doing that a while ago, the amp was mounted to the back of the seat and when it was up every bump if would make a noise, so we solved that one by just leaveingher back seat down.. haha easy fix, but just curious if it was because we had 2 amps off one rmeote?

No, it did the same thing.

But, I did try to ground the negative on the RCAs, and that did work. Although there is still some feedback.

if it was a poor RCA ground that should have fixed any alt whine, changing track thumps and a turn on/off thump.... what is this feedback you speak of?

well the woofer is crossed over from 40 or 50 i believe, and plays to 2-300. The noise is a very low frequency, when the car is on or off.
