two 10's or one 12?

Eclipse doesn't recommend ported for the SW series but I've used the 12 in 2.2 cubes and it was great on 750W RMS. It's better sealed, the low end extention is insane using 2 12's in 2.5 cubes. They're a little boomy because of it. 1.5 cf3 = 35hz, 1.75 cf3 = 30hz, from Eclipse. The Infinities are boomy and colored and still sound better than a Type-R. Get the Eclipse.

So I guess the next question would be if the eclipse sw8200 would supply the same SQ and SPL as the two 10's without needing as big a box because I like the sound I get from the two 10's right now.
On another note how much would I be able to sell the alpine swr-1241D for?

I would be going with the type r, but that is my preference between the 2. If you want to keep the 10s do that, because you most likely will have to have a well built box for it to perform to your liking, so if you like how the 10s sound now, stick with em. As for selling the type r, if its MINT cosmetically and mechanically, you could sell it for 120-150. More if you find someone who really wants it.
