I am changing my alternator tomorrow.

My Crx has a 65 amp alt. The one I got is upgraded to 140 amps. Will this make a noticeable difference as to how "loud" my system is ?
Will it help my system, or just help the electrical system only? Will I notice a difference in anything ?

thanks

ps: I also installed an Optima yellow top bettery afew weeks ago too.

I don't think it will make the system much louder to the ear. Maybe a little but it should make a decent difference on the meter. It also depends on how badly you had dimmage and voltage drops before.
