USAcoustics Customer service- props

USAcoustics Customer service- props

So I just wanted to give the guys at USAcoustics madd props for quality of customer service.
I sent an email requesting a user manual late last night and by morning (evening actually b/c I work nights)I had recieved a response that they did not have electronics copies so he would send me a book (even better) to my Canadian address.
Furthermore, I asked for some history on my amps production and within 15-20mins I had recieved a response back that was more then adequate; very informative- asking me for my serial number so he could tell me exactly when it came off the line.

This all took place well after business hours his time (im way up north so Im a few hours behind) so I was grateful for the quick responses and for him going the extra mile in sending me a manual free of charge and taking the innitiative to ask me a few questions in order to provide me with accurate information.

I havent dealt with any company that had great service like this other then Odyssey BMX.

So Thank you very much. Makes me feel good about the product I purchased.
