Those vids suck! Looks like somebody needs more experience in the subwoofer **** industry.
I got a chance to manhandle a 8A the other day. Very beefy driver, and the new black basket is very sexy. I was actually surprised to see dual spiders on it.
Doesn't look like it would be too easy to bottom it out, it's only limited by the cone hitting the spider but it would take a hella lot of power for that to happen.

and BTW you don't need a whole lot of power to get good excursion. Just a good 20Hz tone [img]smile.gif[/img]
