The only two that immediately come to mind are HK and Onkyo. Yamaha used to and IIRC so did Luxman and Marantz.

Interestingly - Kenwood has been pushing for everyone to conform to this standard but until the rules are changed they don't either.

I can't vouch for the home audio mainstream guys... but I know that of the two home audio amps I have reviewed, both blew fuses when both channels were pushed simultaneously to full power with a test tone and resistive load.
