250watts for the sub output?
That's pretty low, look for a memphis baby belle, probably can be had for around the same price but it has 500watts instead.

If you dont mind having low subwoofer output, look into the hifonics ZXI8006. A bit more power, way cheeper in price.

Oldschool soundstream?
Those watts are highly underrated, at 14.4v you'll be pushing atleast 50% or more than given RMS watts.

50%? thats a little high, normally if something is rated at 1000wrms @ 12v then at 14.4v should be around 1200wrms

$350.00 US on a good amp with no warranty is a total crapshoot. The 50% more power claim on the sub channel is also way too high. If it has a doa guarantee, then I would look at it. For a at least 7 year old amplifier though, no warranty and due to them being custom built at Soundstream, the availability of parts is going to be a PITA.

Ah... i was thinking class A soundstream (rated 25x2 at 12v but 70x2 at 14.4)
I looked up this one and it does 200x1 at 12v 250x1 at 14.4, but it will do 400x1 at 1 ohm or 1/2 ohm... and it's rated 50x4 at 4 ohms, 100x4 at 2 ohms,
here is the manual for it, http://www.soundstream.com/manuals/AMP/REFERENCE/ref705/ref705.pdf
