Nice install, but IMO, keep it stealth. The only thing I don't keep stealth is my sub box (bolted in) and my deck (remove the faceplate if I leave my vehicle unattended and bolted it right in. Always use my alarm, even if I can still see the vehicle. So far, no equipment stolen.

Well they look great in there but like the others stated it really does scream "Steal me". I know what you're thinking:why would someone break in to steal some 6x9's but people will and it also makes the thief wonder what else is in the car to steal.
I just don't want to see you lose your gear that's all. I do hope you enjoy your new speakers though as I know the factory gear is crap in our cars.

Nice job for a first try. If you want to try and hide them a bit get some generic looking grills and wrap them with speaker cloth and install those instead of the Fosgate grilles.

Any half educated people will know its not stock but at least they won't catch the eye of the passer by.

I would have guessed cavalier, because i had one, or 3.

I always put my speakers on top of the rerar deck cover. I sandwiched the cardborad/carpet between the speaker and the speaker mount. This stops any garbage from faling into the speakers, and looks better and stops vibration better. In your pic I can see the edges of the cardboard/carpet, doesn't look good.
Of course, it also makes the harder to mount.

AND, Tint the widows.
