They sound decent enough. Not as much authority on low notes. The 7500s seem to go down to a certain point and trail off, but the 9500 in the proper box just kept getting louder the lower it went. I got in touch with one of the techs at MTX through the MTX rep i was dealing with, and he sent me a design for the sealed box. I didnt have Bass Box Pro at the time.

I had the TXC6.1s in my car running off of a 5202, and they sounded amazing. We used my car as a demo for people stopping in the store, and we sold lots cause of the way they sound in a car. -3db on the tweeter and 60 degrees off axis on the crossover

Check out this picture. Its of a customers car I did. 4 7500 12s running off of TA5601s, and up front 2 sets of TXC6.1s and 1 set of TXC5.1s running off of 2 TA4252s. Friggin crisp and tight man.

Recently I have moved over to the higher end of the Pioneer brand. They have some good EQ options along with time alignment features. The microphone equalization is just a gimic though. I tried it once and it turned down the 9500 12 to -22, from the normal -2. I used to run Eclipse a couple years ago, before they went into futureshop, when they didnt really have alot of features, just good sound. Im not really a fan of Alpine units, cause I find them not very user friendly. Maybe its just the models that I was trying to configure.
