what is this worth
Shops make them for $300-350, so knock $50-100 off because it's used. If it's in mint condition, I'd pay $250. There's always someone that'll pay $350.

You never know what's happened to somebody else's used stuff.
My daddy told me when I was young that as a rule of thumb something used is worth half of the price new. Then after I bought and sold my first home I found out the real rule.
Things are only worth what people will give you for it!

???? there is a limited market for used boxes and you cant ship them $$$$
my sub box cost me about 24$ haha i found a couple mdf sheets with a small corner taken off of each sheet i got to 4x8 sheets for somthing like 6$ a piece i also had a couple large sized loose peices to (the stuff that is left over when some one gets there boards cut). i have lots left over.....think of it like a paint job the primer, paint and tape and paper arent worth much but you pay loads for a paint job because of all the skilled labour it takes to sand and fill and spray.
i would pay about 150$ for a used ported proper quality box especialy if its carpeted and everything.

Wow, I guess back in your day reading wasn't that important, either that or your age is getting the better of you.
Let's go back for a second and see what I said...
"especially when you can build a similar box for 50 bucks"
Reading comprehension time, but wait, you old fogies you may want to get your bi-focals. We'll wait Dukk...ready?
"especially when you can build a similar box for 50 bucks"
See what I did there? What kind of moron would pay themself for their own box? Aside from Dukk I mean.
OP if you can get $100 or more for it then take it, but it might be a little tough finding a buyer, but it happens
