Haha, I love these threads.
Well my first prob being a 10" rampage from home hardware and a 98 watt jenson amp from radio shack. Sub was in a home made bandpass box I made in shop and I didnt have a car at the time, so I was running the in my room off a house stereo ( Which was also a pos ). I then later upgraded to 2 15" pyramids in a huge ported box, running off a 240 watt pyramid amp ( lmao ). Around then I was like 13 or so.....to say the least alot has changed since then with my knowledge in audio equipment. lol.

oh man, i was so ignorant when it came to car stereos! i went to this place called Beam Riders, and they took full advantage of me. They sold me two 10" Wildcat grey cone subs with a tiny *** box. They then topped it off with 150W MAX amp. I did have a sweet Panasonic deck with te 'top of the line' mosfet. man did those subs sound horrible...hah... the amount i paid...i could have got a top of the line system...they even tried to charge me for a freakin Beam Riders sticker to put on the back...bastards...
