whats this amps power?

HI guys. i have this small amp, a Rockford Fosgate 250.2, its an older model, picture below, and i was wondering if anyone had this one or knew if it was stable at a 2 ohm load on 1 channel? i know it puts out 250rms x1 at 4 ohms but not sure at 2 ohms?? i searched and could find nothing.
also in the link below there are some pics of it, but more importantly there is some type a power spec sheet that comes with the amp that Rockford provides. it sames "POWER OUTPUT 420 watts" however i can not read the small print. is this rms or max power number? please check the link. this is not my amp on ebay. thanks you

125w x 2 rms at 2 ohm minimum
62.5w x 2 rms at 4 ohm minimum
Most Rockford amps made more power than rated for. This is a Power series amp and will for a limited time be stable at 2 ohm mono. It was not designed for nor is recommended to be continually operated at 2 ohm mono.
My bad, I should have mentioned the G and H series of amps and the differences. Oops, glad it was caught.

The 250.2 amp was either available in 'Punch' or 'Power' series.
The Punch was a G250.2 and Power a H250.2.
They made the same power and other than cosmetics, the main differance was the crossovers (24db slope vs 12db slope).
The 420 watts you see on the birth sheet is an RMS rating all channels combined. Should equate to 220 watts a channel at 2 ohms.
As far as wether or not it will handle 2 ohms mono depends on a lot of things. (The manufacture rates it at 4 ohms mono and does not suggest 2 ohms mono). That being said, I have seen many Rockford amps being run at 2 ohms without any problem.
You have to have an understanding of all things that influence the performance of an amplifier for the amp to run at 2 ohms....unless you are experienced and take all of these things into consideration I would not suggest running at 2 ohms.

I had a Punch 250.2 from 1999 like this one:
It did not like 2 ohm mono at all, even with 4 awg power and ground wires. The older DSM/IX models from the early 90's were fine at 2 ohm mono, though. This style:
