lol yea im not sayin nething about the kit cuz something small like that aint a big deal but i cant afford to spend like over 500 bucks on a amp, and even tho i say US is cheaper i still am not comfortable buying from them ( thats why i never have yet) because i aint goin to spend all i got for something that im not sure will work. Thats why im stuck with used crap lol ..... although i would love to have a nice audio store in saskatchewan that has ok customer service and still has good prices .... but ill probably never see that haha

It's to make what is called a profit, Who are you trying to snowball? Americans have to eat too.

The issue has been talked to death....the part that makes me laugh is how surprised people are that an Internet-based retailer in a country with 10 times the population sells things cheaper....
Since you think it's OK to buy American, go ask them for help and advice....

In fact I did talk to the sales person about warranty, He said all I have to do is return them to the store if there are problems. Why are you talking about warranty? $289 each before tax in Canada and $245US for a pair states, Even if there was no way of returning them to the store for warranty and I had a problem with one, then I still saved enough money buying in the US to replace the one problematic sub with 4 more subs at no extra cost over Canadian prices, that's not a warranty, it's insurance. Plus paying as much for a warranty as you do for the sub itself is not a warranty.

you go buy your alpine subs in the u.s., you have issues with one, what do you do? nothing. you are stuck with a dead sub. YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY IN CANADA FOR AUDIO EQUIPMENT PURCHASED IN THE U.S.

I'm not a retailer, I'm a consumer and I do what is in my best interest. I have no use for a market that can't or is not willing to compete. The Canadian $$ isn't that low to justify the scams that are going on in Canadian car audio retail.
What are you getting for your money that I'm not getting, other then getting your chain pulled?

You still didn't answer my question, What are you getting for your money that I'm not getting, other then getting your chain pulled by paying twice as much?
I'm selfish poorly educated individual because I don't support Canadian car audio retail greed? The poorly educated individuals are the very people that these stores make a living from.
I'm a millwright, what does that have to do with anything?
