Will Eclipse still warrant their decks for 5yrs now that FS is dealing them?

Will the '5yrs no problem if installed by a licensed dealer' warranty still apply to Eclipse hu's?
If so, doesnt it make the entire FS 'futureguard' thing kind of redundant?
