take a speaker wire, take your rca's out put the wire inside the groove, put rca's back on and screw the wire to the back of your deck.as long as the wire stays in you rca and your grounded, you problem should be gone. i know this helped me out with alt whine. and any type of speaker distortions. hey i mean its worth a try, the worst that'll happen is the noise doesnt go away. also is you main power running beside you rca's? if so seperate them toot sweet. that can cause ALOT of distortion. hope this helps u out man, i know it helped me.

thanx JohnVroom

look to see if
Constant 12V+ White/Blue - yellow
Switched 12V+ Yellow/Red - red

is this what it looks like if you look at where the wires go ?
add a ground to the rca's is good to do too but i think the wires are fliped

check the RCA ground with a #18 wire to the deck's chassis. and also check the sub amplifier to make sure its grounded good.
