u can use just regular pvc but it wont be the same, aero ports are much louder.

by centering the ports i ment u have them at very bottom of the box but in the middle.

when u get the ports it will tell u what size hole to cut and everything. every port kit comes with its own instructions

i think u can break into 140's on the pressure sensor.

I think u should buy your ports and build your box and drive to your local shop or show and run it through the meter and see what happens : nothing is perfect the first time but u never know , go ahead and try it out

if the person who's cutting the wood for u knows what he's doin u should only need 1 sheet of 4x8 to make box with those dimentions

thats all u should know as far the box goes

if you can use 1 inch it will make the enclosure a lot more solid, and reduce flexing and reduce resonances

USE BASSBOX, IT WILL SAVE YOU 'SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY' honestly, stop wasting your time, and use a program that factors in everything. and by the way. Use the wood called "Baltic Birch" it is as rigid as 1"MDF and wieghts half as much
