Hi guys

I am currently trying to build my car for street b.

The only 2 batteries that we really have access to here in SA is Optima and Kinetik.

Which would be a better battery Yellow top 75ah or the Kinetik Hc1800??

Considering the price difference here:
Yellow Top +- R3000
Kinetik hc1800 +- R5000

Also - can the kinetik be used for everyday driving?

Any help appreciate....

 

I run a Kinetic 1800 as a secondary battery and I have also used it as the main battery in my old car.. It work's great no matter what ....I would go with the kinetic but deffenitly shop around you can get one cheapper some place.. Maybe e-bay or right here!!!

 

optima is a better battery. kinetik has much higher failure rate.
