Bondo replacement...
I would use bondo not drywall mud. Paul and I used drywall compound a few years ago and even resined over it so that it would not crack or just be blown apart. I find that no matter what happened it was no dense enough and we lost BIG time by using it. Just my two cents from experience, maybe we did something wrong??? but who knows....
