of course it takes some work. you're gonna need a good sawzall or cutting torch to hack thru the cab and box, but it's gonna be worth it in the end.

but like would the box like just sit out in the back of the cab?
like here in alberta it can get prettty coldd

Yeah. Get a locking tonneau cover. The subs will go in the box of the p/u with the ports firing into the cab. Do some nice fiberglass work and it'll look pretty sick!

so the ports should face into the cab
and not into the truck
will that be the best way to go?

cab=cabin

fire the ports into the cabin of the truck. That way you can install any number of subs without taking up interior space.

ok i was also thinking just getting one hug sub and just take up like one sidee in the extended cab or something like that or putting it in the middle?
