make a box like this 14 tall 27 wide and 21 deep, all external dimentions. this will give u 1.8 cubes per sub.

just makesure u have some room between the hatch and the ports

Also will i have cancelation, and will it be oke if i run a 3/4 sheet on the inside to brace the Ports on the inside of the box or will that hurt the box performance, cuz wouldnt the Screws in the ports affect there performance a lil and it wouldnt look good!?

u dont need to brace anything inside, just makesure your box is glued and screwed well. ports will be fine too. u just put them at the very bottom of the box so the inner flare will actually sit on the floor of the box

USE BASSBOX! it is the best thing for a subwoofer since the amplifier (^_^)
amazing program, no screw-ups, and you can see exactly how it going to perform and sound before you even touch the wood. Download it free (from me probably) on Limewire (fileshare)
