I say do something that's never been done before. Much easier said than done, but make a 160 street car that's not a panda as the team car.
Support more than 1 league and sponsor people that go out to many shows in many different area's. Lots of people travel like crazy just to hit the shows weather they win or not. They just like to be out there, but they are also spending a fortune on gas, and whatever is left goes to the equipment.

Aside from the stuff you mentioned.
Team shirts - sounds lame but it's cool to represent and SHOW you're part of something special.
Test time - If, for example, you have a bunch of guys in Toronto have a get together where guys can share ideas and info. I've found that working together always shows a lot better progress than working alone.
Team forum - A private section so you can share tips with other team mates as well as setup information for different equipment.
Contact with other manufacturers - If there's something you don't sell (deadener, wire, whatever) then see if you can work out a deal with other companies so that members can get a discount.

lol, get in line bro .... I've had JL equipment for most of your life. lol Seriously though .... my wife joined Team C.T.P. and I haven't even found a team yet. Been trying to come up with a unique team name of my own but it's hard. A LOT of people have most the good ones taken. lol
