I had a guy bring me a cap, to install.
I always hook up a meter. I didn't notice right away that it was reading negative voltage, but after it seemed slow to charge I did.
The idiot that put the stuff in (supposed professional, had used blue for ground, and silver for positive!
Thank God I was using a small resistor 'cause I misplaced my 8 ohm 20 watter! Coulda been typing this on a Braille keyboard today!
