Question on ohms?

Just thought on my mind, and I’m sure some of the veterans have tried this before.
If I have a pair of dual 2 ohm subs, and I need a final load of 2ohms. Does it make a difference if I wire each sub to 4 ohm, then down to 2ohm, or if I were to wire each sub to 1 ohm then back to 2 ohms?
This is purely for numbers on a meter.

as per the strain on electical system comment.
ohms is resistance. the lower the ohms the less resistance and the more electricity will be...."expelled" and the greater output you will receive.
the higher the ohms, the more "trapped" the electricity becomes and the lower output you will receive.
ideally more power at higher ohms is best. better "speaker control" (if that even exists)
