i think you need to re check your frequency. It should be much higher than 48hz.

it was 51 hz car freq. but then i added more power, and now it droped to 48 hz. I thought it would have went up?? im gonna do this 3 cb box with 4 aeros see what happens there.

Thats true but i dont think that should be the case in a hatch back. I have a sealed trunk and i had to get a ski boot built so the trunk is no longer sealed. Made a huge difference but not the best

SPL 101: more power = lower frequency

For sure, i know what ya mean, i was thinking higher due to the .6cbs of air space taken out of the box after adding bigger subs... previous bl's were 1.2 and the new ones 1.5 displacement. so i figured for a higher freq. of car tone. i see the boxes you did i like the one with the 10 how did that do?? and who builds those tuff1ns??
