so what you guys are saying is if i was to spend the extra money and get one it would probly be he last amp i would have to buy for what im doing anyway.the 7KD sounds to me to be a pretty bad *** amp lol if you no what to do with it that is

 

Well I will only have one amp so I will be giving it a .25 so no strapping for me.

 

well man let me no how it works i think i might sell off the pioneer and look into one of them
sure the pioneer is big and sexy but it has limits unless you have 2 to strap together lol iv been competeing around 3-4 years now and never seen a 150db so i think its time to step up my game and run with the big dogs lmao

Oh and as far as pioneer, u could get a 150 outta 2 there amps. With a pair of there spl 10's in $hit box with mad impedence rise box wayyy tooo big and about 2k I was pullin 144. I could got 150 outta them if I stapped 2 there amps, and built or fixed box

 

HAHA why not going with quad coils to get that extra low ohm load ?? its just an idea

I'm thinking of doing just that one more pioneer to go with the one i have and strap them on one of yuli's 15 TF-1's all you guy's keep tossing me tricks and tips of the trade so I'm betting I'll see my 150 this season lol

 

if you are really looking to do a good number you need to start from under the hood of the car. not from the back of it. with that being said you can forget about the rest of this thread and all the tricks everyone is throwing cuz obviously they are not throwing you the right tricks.
