It will do 0.5, just be sure that you have the electical to back it up.
Its a beast of an amp for 1500w, I have one on a NS12 @ 1ohm doesn't even break a sweat.
Just a heads up, the next shipment is the last shipment of the current model.
The new ones will not strap to the old ones.

 

oh man. I used to work there 3 days a week at the municipal office as a part of the economic development team. rarely did I stay all three days, but on tuesday or wednesday around 5 if you ever saw a white van with a stereo blasting down sykes it was probably me lol. and yeah, that tim hortons never seemed to be a hot spot like most places, usually just a bunch of kids killing their evenings.

I've ran mine for about 3 years at .5 ohm no problem and now that I think about it I don't think its ever been over .5 ohm. My electrical consists of a kinetik 1400+2400 and 1/0 pos/neg going to back battery

 

They were warrantied for quite a while down to .5 but to many idiots with for electrical fried em and he got sick of the warranty claims and upped them to 1ohm stable. I love mine but im prob going to be selling it cause now i want that power but at 4ohm.
