I was thinking on getting a TermLab but I dont think its worth it now? $800+ and they dont included a stupid update? ITs anothing $50-$100?

So if I wanted to even buy a TermLab now I would be forced to automaticly buy the update with it to get it to work? Pushing this software and equipment almost to the $1000 mark?

All new TL's come with the 2010 update. Anyone with an older model can get the update for $100. Also anyone that has TL's but have no activation code can also get the 2010 update for $100 and be up and running.

I was lucky, mine came with the update.

I hear ya... It's about $850 by the time you wire the money, shipping, etc. Got it in like 3 days though.

No, you can get their info (by phone or email) to wire transfer them the money. You go into your bank, pay for the american exchange, and a wire fee, and they wire the money to Wayne. It shows in their system next morning, and it gets shipped within 24hrs. I really couldn't believe how fast/smooth the transaction went.
