Termlab issue
I can suggest you do what I did. I had the same issue as you, not compatible with my W7(64bit), si I just simply did a dual boot system. I installed Windows XP (32bit) along side my W7 (64bit). Meaning when my computer boots I can choose to work in W7 or Windows XP. Its called a dual boot system, Google it, and you'll see its vey easy to perform, and that way you don't have to spend money on any upgrade and you lget a lil more computer smarts along the way.
If you need any help on doing it PM me I'll be glad to help.
