Wall help/tips
why not just use angle iron screwed on to your box in the front and the back... then drill through the angle iron in 6 spots ( 3 front 3 rear) and mark the floor where the wall will sitdrill through the floor and nut and bolt through those holes
done... if ur not competing dont even worry about stuffing the sides of the box to seal... just nice trim panels... you can even skip the angle iron and use large washers and bolts and just drill through the bottom of the box... just make sure to measure before you drill so you dont hit the channel of the frame , gas tank or break or fuel lines or directly above the exaust system
hopefully that will solve anything you were unsure of

Say I do bolt my box down with angle iron. What do I do if I want to take the box out? Do I just leave the bolts in or do I leave gaping holes in the floor of my van? My biggest fear is securing a wall in, down the road wanting to take it out, and being left with a major malfunction such as holes in the floor.
