K so I had a quick question guys I was sitting in my van brainstorming and I had an idea what if I rounded the floor off it may cut port a tiny bit but I am starting with a 1000sq" here is a pic of what I am thinking. So what do you think good or bad idea has anyone tired this before if so did it work out. Thanks guys P.

Think Im goin to Yuli don't see how it could hurt much your suppose to round corners any way right? and I have a 4" gap frpm my box to B pillar so I figured this may be the best way to fill it in

 

Forgot to mention I got 2 batts not the best not the worst but good enough for some testing. 1000cca for $100 not to bad now just got to get some zero finish the baffle in the next day or 2 and I am ready to burp.

Time for power....

 

Unfortunately power has to wait Paul but maybe we can throw a AP 3K or 2 in there just to see how she goes. But here is a pic of what is done I finished the Port side and is all sealed off and filled with foam. Turned out pretty solid to especially the round on the floor. Everything coming along I am goin out to work on the 45d corners now. Pics in a few hours.

 

This is all stuff you should test with a meter...dont get too far ahead of yourself or youll have no idea what gains or not.

 

That is GREAT advice for sure bro. But I can't get my van any where so its just sitting there and I have nothing to do lol plus i have had this idea in my head for a long time now so I want to see what I can do with it. If it don't work out I rip it down and just put up a OS wall like you and Joel. With that being said lol got a tiny bit more done today got the 45d frames up. I kept the same theme with the doubled up 2x4's very solid lol. the 1" layer goes in tomorrow I hope.

 

Got 45s done turned out real nice to. Right now my box is pretty much right at 50cubes. So the next thing is to start the baffle. I hope I can have it done by the weekend. Hey Paul and Derek you guys busy Friday? lol
