the math is correct in theory. to blow 60 amps of fusing, you need to draw around 20% more than the fuses rating for a few minutes for them to slowly melt. to insantly pop them you have to pull 4X their rating. Kenwood has them fused that way for added saety to the amps since music is a dynamic load and is not a 100% duty cycle.
