So do you suggest BLT too?

All other factors aside, if you look at max output (xmax x sd) the 2 type x will move 2010 cc's of air versus 1344 cc's for the btl...both at max rms of 2000 watts total. That's a huge difference in the amount of air (output) potential. Unless the 2 type x's are severely limited by poor enclosure design and/or lack of power, there's no way given similar environments that the one sub will be louder.
Thats true, but i guess the closest i will find is the blt. Is 2.5cf3 sub box ported enough for it?

As for the carbon fiber box, I don't see the point, aside from looks. The amount of wieght you're going to save with the carbon fiber isn't going to majorly impact your car's performance. Fiberglass (which is common practise in comparison, and cheaper) would be the way I would go, but that's just my opinion. I think you'll find that most members here would suggest a "regular" box to get "loud". I suppose it's all relative to what you think is loud. In your case, make sure the gear you're selecting is solid, and the install is equally as solid. The BTL seems to be the best bang for your buck, from what I'm reading, so you've pretty much got the product side covered, next is the install. You just have to work with what you have. The other option for you is to build a proper box for it, and when you have a track day, you can pull just the box out, as that's 90% of your system's wieght
Thanks for the help Now how hard would it be for me to make a fibreglass box? any DIY's on it. I searched the web but i couldnt really find one that would help me out.
Also i need to know the best configurations for a FI BLT 12... Anyone know what i should choose???

BLT tastes better than a BTL.

Why not go for an SSA ICON

Fi BTL 12 [audiojunkies]
^^^^Specs for Fi BTL
Fiberglassing isn't tough to do, it def can be tricky to cleanly integrate it into the car without it looking cheesy... Hence why you generally pay good money for that kind of work. Really, you have a ring of mdf cut to accept the sub, braced with mdf to the angle/height you want it at to a base of mdf. Cover with fleece, resin, let it cure, then fiberglass matting and more resin. If you're going to paint it, you get into bondo and alot of sanding, or you can carpet it. The tricky part is getting the volume right, as most fiberglass enclosures have compound bends and are just generally oddly shaped.
