I would agree with Defro. Just go IB. And since your in Toronto, just call Mckinnon Metal for the aluminum. They can cut it to size and they are reasonable with pricing.

thanks guys...i'll let you know which way i go. I'm starting to really lean towards the JBL gti 15's and IB. You got my brains turning.

If anyone wants, I have a decent tutorial saved at home on how to make and tune your own mats. Just PM me your email addy.

That said, these days for most woofers it is better to just go IB.
