Fuel37 has been spoiled by my Focal Utopia 3 way set. Got to give him credit for trying to do something nice on a limited budget. Maybe a custom component set is more work, but you can't fault him for trying.

To all that have posted in response

I wish I had CCA 10 years ago, would have saved me some headaches.

my custom component set ended up costing way more than it was worth.
live and learn.
Got to find the right speakers.. once you do that the xovers are a breeze.
good luck.

PEI330Ci , what equipment do you have for
testing speakers?

basically after seeing adams install... i just do what i'm told by him

I think i can make my car sound better on 1/8th of the cost though... the guy has no clue what he's talking about

haha... i'm also looking at a couple of CDT sets
I hear their some of the best budget systems you can get... or maybe i'll just save a couple hundred extra and get a utopia set... since i already know i like them....

I"m thinking of picking up the pro version of Clio also. It's much more user friendly than the above.

Guys I didn't mean to pull a triple post. I kept thinking of adding a comment and hit the back button before the screen got to the "posting" page.

I'm not trying to waist bandwidth, again, sorry.

I know I did...or at least in the process of doing so.
