I recently got a 195rms / 390 max Verge amp and a Bazooka 300rms / 500 max subwoofer for $40.00 new. I was just wondering (since the amp is one of the cheapest brands out there) if the amp power could be lower then it actually states. Also how much of a difference does it make when I put the sub into a box (I tried the sub just sitting on the floor and it did alright i guess). One last question: Does the power of the reciever make any difference?
